Hello, Hope this is the correct address to file a complaint. Your store in Rawdon, Que has never been the best - not much support especially from the managers since a female manager left a year or two ago. Today was the limit. The store was very busy - 2 cash registers were open - lineups were 10 to 15 deep. One cash register then broke - I was third in line at this register - they sent every one over to the other register - not much room between the registers and the shelving -I then ended up about 20 people back. They then opened another cash (two only on a busy thursday) there were people lined up in the aisles etc - all frustrated. I asked one cashiere ( who was supposed to be in charge of cashiers if they could open another register only to be told I DO NOT SPEAK ENGLISH. This is a bilingual town so I then did my best in French - but was rudely ignored. I then found a person who looked like the manager - and he was - I asked if he could open another register - HE SAID STAFF WAS ON BREAK - I asked could you not get staff to work now in this mess and take break later. He was rude - was placing some things of shelf near cash and turned his head from me - I said I am speaking to you - he then said one cashier did not show up. I spoke to a customer behind me in line and he worked in the past for Maxi - and said this is the worst store and others do not operate like this. A cashiere told me during this crisis that this manager is not the most capable - said he does not even talk to employees. IS THIS THE WAY YOU RUN YOUR STORES - PLEASE CHECK RAWDON STORE AND ESPECIALLY THE MANAGER. Sorry I do not know his name but this happened in the morning of Marcy 24th.
